Our kitchen

Clorofilla boasts an in-house kitchen that values eating healthy as well as the joy of eating and provides a culture to fully enjoy the ‘culture of taste.  The menu is thought out with particular attention on balanced and diverse food and ingredients. The kitchen is a metaphor of hospitality, making visible the preparation of food. An atelier del gusto gives children the chance to discover diverse flavors through hands-on participation with our cook. The presence of a roof-top vegetable garden enriches connections made between the concepts of food and the better understanding of our food processes.
